How is a hot tub installed?

All of our hot tubs are delivered ready for connection. A typical installation involves placing the unit on a solid, level base, connecting it to the appropriate electrical supply, and filling it with water. We recommend using a qualified electrician for the electrical connection to ensure safe and compliant setup.

What power supply does a hot tub require?

The power requirement varies on the model chosen. Some spas are Plug & Play and can be connectted to a suitable outdoor socket, while others require a dedicated hardwired electrical connection. Please refer to the specification of your chosen model or contact us for guidance

Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes. We offer delivery and installation throughout the UK. If there is a Catalina dealer in your area they will be able to assist you directly.

Can you carry our a site survey?
