Where will I find the serial number for my hot tub or swim spa?
The serial number for your hot tub or swim spa will be located on the delivery paperwork. If you are still struggling to find it, reach out to the company you purchased it from or give us a call on 01980611555
Will I receive confirmation of my warranty registration?
Yes, you will receive confirmation of your warranty registation within 48 hours of your form being received.
My spa is second hand, can I still register the warranty?
Warranties are only valid to the original owner of the hot tub or swim spa.
What does my warranty cover?
Our warranties covers manufacturing defects. For full details, please refer to the warranty document which was with the hot tub or swim spa on delivery.
What if I have multiple hot tubs?
Please fill out the form for each hot tub, you will then receive warranty confirmation for each hot tub.
