Delivery Information
Please note the below information does not apply to Hot Tubs, Swimspas, BBQ Huts or Saunas.
Couriers
Orders will be sent with TNT/FedEx or Royal Mail.
Dispatch
If you place your order before 12pm between Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched the same working day.
Any orders placed after 12pm between Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
If items are sent via Royal Mail, orders will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched and delivered between Monday and Friday. If orders are placed late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday.
On rare occasions there may be disruption to services from our couriers that are out of our control. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility if orders are not delivered on time.
For deliveries that are attempted but you are not available to sign for you may incur extra fees if the item is returned to us.
Availability
Whilst we do our best to ensure the website is kept up to date if an item you have ordered is out of stock we apologise in advance and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Deliveries outside of the UK
We typically deliver to UK Mainland only.
